Craig M. Adams
Board Chair
Craig joined the ONE Project Board of Directors in February 2023 and currently serves as a Board Chair, also handling Fundraising. He is the President of his own financial advisory firm CMA Wealth Management, LLC, and co-founder of Central Jersey Professional Partners. Craig previously served as the Vice President of Burlington-Mercer Chamber of Commerce. His work with non-profits has supported his local community by offering scholarship opportunities and other charitable events. Craig lives in Delanco with his wife Jenny and their two daughters.
Amman Seehra
Founder & Board Member
Amman rejoined the ONE Project Board of Directors in January 2024 after serving as Chair from 2014-2019. He is a nationally recognized attorney, government leader, and non-profit executive known for his passion for public service. He has dedicated his career to addressing food insecurity, overcoming racial and social injustice, and many other topics through policy, advocacy, and training for the past 20 years. Amman lives in Robbinsville with his wife and two children.

Whitney joined the ONE Project Board of Directors in February 2023. She has served as Director of Communications and Vice Chair. She earned her Doctorate in Audiology from University of Pittsburgh & has enjoyed working with patients of all ages in various clinical settings. Whitney has a passion for community service & enjoys volunteering with her family. She has been involved in local volunteer organizations including Robbinsville Environmental Commission, Robbinsville Little League & parent teacher associations. Whitney lives in Robbinsville with her husband, son & daughter.
Whitney Hurley
Board Vice Chair

Bert joined the ONE Project Board of Directors in January 2024 and serves as Treasurer. Bert is a Marketing Research professional with years of experience as an Analyst and Operations Professional. He has long believed in active involvement and giving back, through neighborhood associations, parent organizations at his son’s schools, and one-on-one mentoring. Originally from MN, Bert has been in NJ for 25 years and currently lives in Lawrence with his wife and teenage son.
Bert Russick
Treasurer

Amy joined the ONE Project Board of Directors in January 2024. Much of Amy’s career has been dedicated to serving the community with a focus on housing and services for people with disabilities. She has received the New Jersey Social Innovation Award for Housing and Community Development that recognized her achievements in innovative, attainable, stable and permanent housing service models that strengthen individuals, families, and communities. In her role with ONE Project, Amy works with youth in the Student Scholar Program where she hopes to support, educate, and inspire young leaders who will have a positive impact on the community. Amy received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Monmouth University. She resides in Hamilton with her husband and two daughters.

Amy Scartocci

Claire joined the ONE Project Board of Directors in January 2024. She is an Assistant Director in Risk Management with Ernst & Young LLP. Claire has been involved in many volunteer opportunities through her organization, local community scouting, soccer association, PTA and Taproot Foundation as an Associate Director and Project Manager. Claire holds an M.S. Degree from The New School in Social Research in New York, B.S. from St. John’s University, New York, Certificate in Employment Law from Rutgers’s University and Certificate in Non-profit Management from Mercer Community College (AMA). Claire lives in Hamilton and has two adult children.

Desiree joined the ONE Project Board of Directors in January 2024. She is a dedicated community advocate who seamlessly blends her 30-year real estate career with her passion for giving back. She thrives on making a positive impact locally and globally. She serves as VP of an orphanage in Nairobi, Kenya, focusing on educating and mentoring girls, alongside her involvement with the Children’s Hospital and Mothers Fighting for Others, Robbinsville Education Foundation. Desiree is based in Robbinsville with her husband and twin sons.

Tilottama joined the ONE Project Board of Directors in January 2024. She is a Technology Portfolio Director with an MBA from the University of Illinois and believes in empowering people to grow their skillsets and bring their best to work. Outside of her day job she currently chairs a committee encouraging more women to take up careers in Technology. Tilottama has volunteered in many roles at local schools and organizations, and sponsored the education for girls in rural India. Through the initiatives of ONE Project she hopes to create a deep impact in many more lives and give back to the community. Tilottama lives in West Windsor with her husband and two children.

Shikha Bajaj
Board Member
Shikha Bajaj joined the One Project Board of Directors in January 2025, bringing her expertise in technology, business transformation, and community impact. A senior executive at Publicis Sapient, she leverages her education from MIT and Columbia to drive innovation in healthcare. An award-winning author, mentor, and transformational leader, her book “Own Your Color” is empowering women globally to lead with purpose while driving corporate culture change through mentorship. Passionate about service, Shikha has volunteered extensively in the workplace and Mercer County, including serving on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters. She is excited to expand her impact through One Project, particularly the Student Scholars and Hunger Project initiatives. She lives in Robbinsville with her husband and son.
Yusuf Ansari
Board Member
Yusuf joined the ONE Project Board of Directors in January 2025. He is a Genomic Medicine major at Temple University pursuing medical school. Yusuf’s journey with ONE Project began as a Student Scholar, where he developed a series of educational coding videos tailored to address schooling gaps from the COVID-19 pandemic. Since high school, Yusuf has been actively involved in many local non-profits as a volunteer. Outside of academics, Yusuf enjoys hiking, biking, and playing tennis. He looks forward to continuing his work with ONE Project to inspire and support future Student Scholars while making a meaningful impact in the community.
