BACKPACK DRIVE
Over the summer we collected donations of backpacks and school supplies, such as notebooks, pens, pencils, crayons, markers, and binder. We assembled over 200 backpacks
and distributed to children in Hamilton and Trenton schools.
In July over 1,000 volunteers joined together for our 8th Annual Hunger Project at Robbinsville High School and packaged over 100,000 meals to donate to the local food bank Mercer Street Friends. Once again this was such a success and we anticipate continuing to grow each and every year!

In August we joined together after our Annual Hunger Project event was postponed for two years. Our community came back stronger than ever! Over 1,000 volunteers teamed together at Robbinsville High School and packaged over 100,000 meals to donate to the local food bank Mercer Street Friends.
SNACK ATTACK
As part of Robbinsville Night Off, we hosted our 2nd Annual Snack Attack. 30 families came together in person for a fun night to decorate and package 750 snack bags for local schools and nonprofits

PLANT A SMILE
As part of Volunteer Week 2021, 50 families painted 250 flower pots that were donated to local food pantry clients. They were provided with the pots, soil, and cilantro seeds to plant their own spices!
2020
Due to COVID-19 Restrictions, we could not hold our signature event, The Hunger Project. The event, which brings together 2,000 people at the Robbinsville High School, is always an event the community looks forward to. We work as a team to package 150,000 meals in 4 hours to donate to the local food bank, Mercer Street Friends. Since that was not possible in 2020, we were able to host smaller scale events, highlighted below!
GIVING TUESDAY BASKET DRIVE
This past Giving Tuesday we collected donations and prepared 122 baskets filled with toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hats, gloves and masks. We distributed them to local community partners.
We were able to hold a much smaller scale Hunger Project, held at the Firkin Tavern in Ewing. Smaller groups of 20, socially distanced, worked together over 4 sessions to package 10,000 meals to distribute to food pantries in Mercer County.
